Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors You should bring able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours; hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers; ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage.
