Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jalna, State of Maharashtra. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₹14,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
