Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
