Ideally you have a driving licence is an advantage for site travel; strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day; willing to work outdoors in all weather. Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Six days a week, one day off.
