Roof repair specialist — Kiphire

Now hiring: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Kiphire, State of Nagaland. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
