Groundsman — South West Khasi Hills

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in South West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. The role involves: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings You should bring previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance; pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage.
