Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Anantnag, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideally you have willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
