Bakery assistant wanted in South West Garo Hills

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in South West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Pay around ₹21,000 per month, based on your experience.
