Urgent requirement: horticulturist (State of Chhattisgarh)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horticulturist in Korba, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work on a golf course. The role involves: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₹37,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
