Tandoor cook wanted in Kupwara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kupwara, State of Jammu and Kashmir. Ideally you have willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Overtime paid at a premium rate.
