Baker wanted in North Tripura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in North Tripura, Tripura. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
