We are recruiting: banksman (State of Bihar)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Aurangabad, State of Bihar. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹16,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
