Powder coating line operator — Kandhamal

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kandhamal, State of Odisha. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. We are looking for able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
