Bread and bun maker — Khowai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Khowai, Tripura. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should bring accurate at weighing and following recipes; food handler / hygiene certificate; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
