CO2 welder — Rajanna Sircilla

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Rajanna Sircilla, State of Telangana. You will be based at a busy production line. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Your main tasks: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
