Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Bangalore Urban

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bangalore Urban, State of Karnataka. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus). 2+ years on the tools preferred.
