Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Pakke Kessang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying We are looking for sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners; skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹31,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
