Dishwasher — Dharmapuri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Dharmapuri, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideally you have comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus). The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Full-time, day shift. ₹24,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
