Immediate opening: ladle pourer (State of Gujarat)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Valsad, State of Gujarat. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. The role involves assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
