Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Simdega, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Ideally you have willing to work shifts and overtime; able to pass a 3G/4G plate test; comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
