You should bring willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota; sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring. The role involves: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox 3+ years on the tools preferred.
