Rigging foreman — Ballari

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Ballari, State of Karnataka. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists We are looking for physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles; confident with standard crane hand signals; willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹36,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
