Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Patiala, State of Punjab. The job is at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideally you have able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process.
