Furniture maker — Chitrakoot

Join our team: we are hiring a furniture maker in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. The role involves: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Requirements: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹38,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
