Tailor machinist — Tapi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Tapi, State of Gujarat. You will work on an export house sewing floor. The role involves press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹36,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
