We are recruiting: structural MIG welder (State of Andhra Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Konaseema, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. We are looking for steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances; knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes. The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence.
