Fry cook — Kamareddy

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Kamareddy, State of Telangana. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should bring 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure.
