Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in North Garo Hills, Meghalaya. You should bring minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites; strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills. Day to day you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₹37,500 per month, based on your experience.
