Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Part-time with flexible hours.
