Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Dhule, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
