Argon welder — Ujjain

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₹34,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
