Counter butcher wanted in Coimbatore

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Coimbatore, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a halal meat counter. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder We are looking for able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; 2+ years experience working as a butcher; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths.
