We are recruiting: powder spray gun operator (State of Maharashtra)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mumbai, State of Maharashtra. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideally you have able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time with occasional weekends.
