Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
