Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Eastern West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. Your main tasks: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
