Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Sakti, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams You should bring sound knowledge of rigging and slinging; current medical and eyesight certificate.
