Presser — Guntur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a presser in Guntur, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day-to-day duties: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Give each garment a final press before packing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
