Grill cook • Dharmapuri, State of Tamil Nadu

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Dharmapuri, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
