Commis chef wanted in Nilgiris

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Nilgiris, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
