Sand plant operator wanted in Pithoragarh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Pithoragarh, State of Uttarakhand. On the job you will handle: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Ideally you have willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts; able to read simple casting drawings and job cards; experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry.
