Powder coating operator wanted in Darbhanga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Darbhanga, State of Bihar. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideally you have 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens.
