Pastry baker wanted in Lower Siang

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lower Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
