Butcher — Hnahthial

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Hnahthial, Mizoram. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
