Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Udham Singh Nagar, State of Uttarakhand. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
