Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Darbhanga, State of Bihar. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
