Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh. The job is on a busy construction site. Ideally you have awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures; able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently; good depth perception and hand-eye coordination. On the job you will handle: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₹19,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
