Requirements: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing Day to day you will operate the filling and sealing machine on the line; record production counts on the shift sheet; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; weigh and portion products before bagging; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer.
