You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Your main tasks: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
