Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideally you have accurate at weighing and following recipes; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
