Now hiring: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. You will work on a building construction site. You should bring able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions; know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio; physically fit and comfortable working at height. You will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations.
